No, we don't offer acrylics, but we do offer Gel-x Extensions to those who desire the extra length. We try to stay as close to chemical free as possible. We use no harsh chemicals, acetone or products that are carcinogenic (cancer causing).

See below for our professional opinion on nail polish duration ________________________________________________________________________ Basic Polish (vinylux) Manicure - 1 week Shellac Gel Manicure - 2 weeks Gel-X Manicure - 3 weeks Basic Pedicure - Polish on the toes typically last a lot longer than on the fingers, but we recommend coming back for a pedicure service every 2 weeks to treat any callus & dead skin removal on the feet.

Yes i can. I specialize in natural nails and its surrounding tissue. We do nail treatments. We also make our own cuticle oils, shea butters and beeswax lotions. We also have many variety scented shea butters, cuticle oils, beeswax and sugar scrubs. All of which are 100% Vegan, Gluten free and Non GMO.

Yes, we offer special services. We have many clients who are in these categories. We're experienced in services to all 3. Many salons don't accept clients in these categories but Teas & Toes welcomes anyone with nail care needs.

Yes, we do ! We sell teas that are refreshing and seasonally delicious! We currently offer dry tea leaves and fresh in house, hot/cold brewed teas. All these teas have benefits that you're free to ask any of our staff about.

Yes, our salon is located separately & detached behind our house, which is why our location is super charming and helps give a home-like feel to your experience. Your comfortability during your service is our utmost priority ! Rest assured that although our location is quite unique, it never lacks professionalism, efficiency or functionality ! 🤗😍💖

"Basic polish", is just our regular nail polish. It isn't gel, or extensions. We have a couple of options to choose from. IBD - Our basic polish is by a brand we support called "IBD". It's our favorite regular polish to use. It also dries in 7 minutes (guaranteed) & gets harder the longer its exposed to light. How cool is that?! We use their regular nail polishes & their gel polishes in our salon. __ Zoya - Our other supported brand polish we use & sell is "Zoya" nail polish. Its 5 free of chemicals, vegan, kid friendly & we have a wide variety of colors to choose from !

Gel polish is a thick-ish gel polish that, when placed under UV light, hardens. This process is called curing, and in a matter of seconds, the once-liquid gel turns into a hard, chemical-resistant coating !😎 We offer a few gel polishes with our services to choose from Shellac - Our favorite 😍 IBD - Awesome choice! Similar to acrylics, but without any of the toxic methyl methacrylate or cancer causing ingredients. Gel extensions are a solid alternative. You can pick from a variety of nail shapes & we'll will use a small amount of gel to secure the extension to your own nail. We then top with the polish of your choice. 😉

We do not, we require scheduling an appointment. This is to ensure we can better service you & control waiting times. 🤗😊

We recommend you to not use your nails as tools. It can not only damage nail designs but also cause false nails to lift or pop off prematurely. 😥 We will always list or state the manufacturers expected/suggested nail manicure duration, during services. With that being said during manicures, we will ask that you refrain from digging in your pockets, purses, handbags etc. Uncured gel polish has a sticky layers that will pick up debris such as, fibers, lint and other materials. Regular polish works almost the same, as it will need time to dry between each layer. An non cured, non dry manicure is vulnerable to such materials that may cause your manicure to not set correctly, causing issues later. Taking these cautious steps will ensure that your manicure goes on smoothly and your nail manicure stays on for the entire manufacturers suggested duration. Our salon wait times vary from client to client depending on their service needs. We currently only have 1 nail tech in our salon, so appointments are required for that reason.😊

Yes, we have a no call no show policy at our salon. Failure to call ahead to cancel your appointment will put you on our flag list. If for any reason you wish to schedule another appointment, you'll be asked to secure your slot with a non refundable deposit of $25. The deposit will go towards your service, unless you fail to show up again. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment twice, will result in being blacklisted from our salon. 😶

Yes they are ! All of our polishes are non toxic & vegan! So you & your kids can feel at ease getting your services with us !😁

A basic gel manicure in most places range from $45-$100. Our service prices range from $30 & up. We use our skill range, service duration, prices of supplies & taxes to calculate our prices. 😊

Yes, we will redo up to 5 fingers for free, if it's within the first 5 days after your initial service date. We understand that accidents happen and will do our best to fix them for you. Feel free to contact us! 😍

Yes, please refrain from shaving your legs or ankles 24 hours before your service. Why? Because your pores are open & are susceptible to bacteria. It's much safer for every client to have closed pores prior because of this. This is a general rule manicurists are suppose to practice, yet most do not.

Good question ! Here at Teas & Toes we take pride in our cleanliness !! We have many cleaning rituals before & after each client. All surfaces are cleaned with clorox & bleach. Used containers & brushes are cleaned with bleach & alcohol. Implements are hand washed & scrubbed, to make sure that they are free of tissue & bacteria. Lastly, everything is rinsed & submerged in hospital grade barbicide. So you can rest assured that you're getting the cleanest nail service ! 😎

Yes we do, we have a handicap ramp for easier accessibility to our salon. 😍

Yes you can do both ! If we have the scents available. Custom orders with 2 or more scents have additional fees. If you would like to request a scent or need a custom mixed scent, please call to order or stop by our salon to smell are intoxicating scents ! 😍

We suggest coming in our salon to have them professionally soaked off. Soaking off gel is the safest and easiest way to lift the gel, for minimal nature nail damage.

This is one of the biggest causes of natural nail damage. Gel manicures bond to the natural nail which means that if you pick it off, it will take a thin layer of your natural nail too. This will make your natural nails much weaker and thinner, causing them to break. We suggest that you refrain from picking and come in to Teas & Toes and have them professionally soaked off. Soaking off gel is the safest and easiest way to lift the gel, for minimal damage to your nature nail.

No we do not. In order to soak off acrylics, we would need to use acetone & we do not use harsh chemicals in our salon. We recommend you going to the previous salon you received your service from to get them soaked off, or buy some acetone from the store to soak it off. 😊
